Return Policy and Instructions

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items. There are two return options for most items: Pre-paid Return Shipping (preferred, for most orders) & Standard Return Shipping

1. Pre-Paid Return - For easy return processing on most orders, packing slips include pre-paid, pre-addressed labels for your return. Pack the item(s) securely in original package, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, & accessories. Item(s) must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit. Complete return reason form on packing slip. Remove mailing label portion & include remainder of slip in return package. Do not tear pre-paid mailing label down middle perforation. Use entire label. Affix pre-paid label to package. Before sending return shipment, remove extra labels from outside of package. Send package via FedEx at your nearest FedEx Kinkos or FedEx shipping facility. Fixed shipping rate of $5.00 will be deducted from refund. You won't be charged postage until return is processed. To receive credit, Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Expect refund in the same form of payment used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving returned order. Credit for gift returns will be issued to original purchaser, minus pre-paid return fee. You'll be refunded return shipping cost if return is result of manufacturing defect/shipping error. You may track return shipment via FedEx tracking number. Do not reproduce pre-paid label, to ensure proper credit processing. Items purchased from Boise Blue Jeans™ retail outlets, can't be returned by mail to our online store. Items purchased from BoiseBlueJeans.com may not be returned to Boise Blue Jeans™ retail outlets.

2. Standard Return - If you prefer to use your shipping method: Pack item(s) securely in original packaging, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, & accessories. Item(s) must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit. Complete return reason form on packing slip & include in return package. Before sending return, remove extra labels from outside of package. Send return package to following address(unless packing slip directs otherwise):

Return shipping charges must be prepaid. We can't accept C.O.D. It is recommended that you use FedEx for all returns. Keep Return Tracking Number for return package to monitor delivery status.
