Return/Exchange Policy

Shipped orders: If your order is damaged in shipping, you must save the item and all packaging including packing material and boxes. Notify T-shirt Yurt by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. Shipping agencies will not honor damage claims if not notified within two weeks.

The shipping agency responsible for shipping the item(s) will be contacted once you contact Idaho Glass, and will contact you to arrange pick up of damaged goods. T-shirt Yurt will ship a replacement within one business day of being notified.

Please keep all items which are not damaged as T -shirt Yurt will not replace undamaged items. Idaho Glass is not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrectly entered, bad, or previous addresses associated with credit/debit cards, or PayPal accounts.

Walk-in/Delivered Orders: All items are thoroughly inspected, free of damage/defects, and quality assured prior to packing, shipping, customer pick-up, and/or delivery. Customer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to departure from any of our locations, and/or departure of delivery driver. T-shirt Yurt is not responsible for damage to items once in posession of recipient.

If you received an item(s) other that described on your order form, contact T-shirt Yurt immediately. If it is determined the item(s) is incorrect, you may come in to exchange the item(s), or have the exchange made in the form of delivery if the item(s) was delivered.

Damaged Orders: If you have received an incorrect order, one that is either the correct design on an item other than that described on your order form, a correct item with a design other than that described on your order form, or both, Idaho Glass will ship via ground a replacement(s) for the incorrect item(s) within 24 hours of verifying the error.
